Energetic Acupressure

Most physical and emotional problems are often helped by acupressure because acupressure helps get to the root causes of disease, rather than simply address the symptoms. Often the root cause of illness comes from imbalances of qi in the body. I typically work with clients in one-hour Energetic Acupressure Wellness Treatments that are geared to helping with general physical and emotional issues.

Examples of the types of treatment include:

• Acute colds, rashes (including allergic reactions to poison ivy, Shingles and Cellulitis), or other recently developed issues
• Chronic long-term illness, sometimes unexplained or well-known but difficult to shift, such as asthma, chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, migraines, and other auto-immune issues
• Inherited issues or developmental issues
• Emotional distress (long or short term), including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

One hour Energetic Acupressure sessions can help you find greater balance and harmony in your body/mind/spirit. Energetic acupressure is often very relaxing and not painful. Occasionally, some points are very tender, but generally clients do not experience pain in the sessions.

I also use several other Chinese Medicine techniques in the treatments, including Moxabustion, Cupping, and Gua Sha.
